Processing and delivery: orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and weather. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email support@getfeatherfolk.com and we will look into it.
Address changes: please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
